Zalgiris stole a tough road win in Siauliai. Dainius Salenga knocked down 14 points, grabbed 7 rebounds and issued 5 assists to pace the visitors. Marcus Brown contributed 13 points for Zalgiris. Mindaugas Kuzminskas replied with 21 points and 8 rebounds for Siauliai. Derrick Low and Vytautas Sarakauskas nailed 12 points apiece in defeat.

Sakalai outgunned visiting Juventus as Virginijus Sirvydis scored 22 points. Ovidijus Varanauskas added 12 points in the winning effort. Jonas Elvikis responded with 19 points for Juventus.

Perlas toppled Alytus on the road. Tautvydas Slezas nailed 20 points and grabbed 14 rebounds to lead the charge. Saulius Kulvietis knocked down 16 points as Perlas recorded the tenth win. Andrius Aleksandrovas answered with 15 points for Alytus.
 



Juventus - Zalgiris 81-86 (2010-03-18)

Zalgiris nipped Juventus on the road. Dainius Salenga scored 20 points to lead the Lithuanian powerhouse. Aleksandar Capin netted 15 points and issued 7 assists for the winning side. Tomas Gaidamavicius replied with 19 points and 7 assists for Juventus.

Neptunas held off Nevezis at home court. Julius Zurna scored 26 points to pace the effort. Simas Galdikas added 16 points and 7 rebounds in the victory. Darius Gvezdauskas responded with 25 points for Nevezis in defeat.
