Lietuvos Rytas scraped past Perlas at home court. Kenan Bajramovic scored 25 points and grabbed 6 rebounds to lead the hosts. Martynas Gecevicius added 21 points in the winning effort. Tautvydas Slezas replied with 13 points and 5 rebounds for Perlas.

Siauliai - Techasas 113-89 (2010-04-09)

Siauliai rolled past Techasas in the quarterfinal series opener. Derrick Low and Mindaugas Kuzminskas accounted for 24 points each to lead Siauliai. Arvydas Siksnius provided 20 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists in the victory. Vaidotas Volkus answered with 23 points for Techasas.

Jonas Elvikis scored 18 points to lead Juventus past Neptunas in the opener. Virginijus Praskevicius added 13 points and 8 rebounds in the victory. Tomas Vilkius answered with 15 points for Neptunas. Gridziunas had 12 points in the losing effort.
