Zalgiris point guard Leo Westermann needed just 16 minutes to secure the Betsafe LKL Player of the Week honors, as he paced the defending champions to a 90-75 win over Dzukija.

Having recently come back from the sidelines, the French playmaker showed no signs of rust, exploding for 20 points on 6-of-7 shooting from three-point range and added 3 rebounds for an efficiency of 22.

Westermann got the nod for the weekly MVP ahead the likes of Pieno Zvaigzdes forward Vytautas Sulskis and Neptunas man Deividas Gailius, who recorded identical outputs efficiency-wise, but needed more playing time to reach the mark.

The two players with higher efficiency scores, Kerem Kanter of Dzukija and Zygimantas Janavicius of Skycop Prienai, rounded out the Team of the Week but were not in the running for the Player of the Week honors, as their performances came in losing efforts.
